Can you file new benefit year for unemployment benefits?
Is it possible to file a new benefit claim year for unemployment if you are still unemployed? what are the requirements.
Right now there are multiple extensions available for people who have run out of their basic benefits. But once you run out of eligibility for extensions, you can't file another claim until you have worked for a period of time, generally six months or more.
